Ordering

Orders are placed through the online store. The purchase contract is concluded when the seller confirms the order by email. All prices are in EUR and include VAT.

  • Cash on delivery — Slovenia only, additional fee of €1.45

Shipping

  • Slovenia: €4.90 — free shipping on orders over €80 — delivery in 2–3 business days
  • Austria, Germany, Switzerland: €8.90 — free shipping on orders over €150 — delivery in 4–7 business days
  • Other EU countries: €12.90 — free shipping on orders over €150 — delivery in 5–10 business days
  • Rest of World: €18.90 — free shipping on orders over €150 — delivery in 10–20 business days

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, complete the withdrawal form and email it to kocmutandrej@gmail.com. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the seller made an error.

Complaints & Warranty

Report any defects within 2 months of discovery with photos and a description. We will respond within 8 business days and resolve the complaint within 15 business days.
