Right of Withdrawal — 14 Days

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

How to Return

1. Download and complete the withdrawal form below.
2. Email the completed form to kocmutandrej@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt.
3. We will confirm receipt and send return instructions.
4. Return the item in its original condition and packaging.
5. We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Return Conditions

• Items must be in original, undamaged condition.
• Original packaging must be included.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 2 months of discovery with photos and a description. We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund. We respond within 8 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
