How to Order

Browsing and selecting products does not require registration.

1. Select a specimen and click View Specimen to open the product page, then add it to your cart.
2. Review your cart — adjust quantities or remove items.
3. Click Proceed to Checkout and enter your shipping details.
4. Choose your payment method and confirm your order.

An order confirmation with your order number will be sent to your email address immediately after purchase.

Payment Methods

• Credit / debit card — Visa, Mastercard, Amex (via Stripe)
• Apple Pay / Google Pay — on supported devices (via Stripe)
• Klarna — Buy Now, Pay Later (available in selected EU countries)
• PayPal
• Cash on Delivery — Slovenia only (+€1.45 fee)

Shipping

All items are carefully packed and shipped via Post of Slovenia. Delivery times from dispatch:

• Slovenia: 2–3 business days
• Austria, Germany, Switzerland: 4–7 business days
• Other EU countries: 5–10 business days
• Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Free shipping applies automatically at checkout once the order threshold is reached (€80 for Slovenia, €150 for all other destinations).

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

Returns

You may return any item within 14 days of receipt. See our Returns & Refunds page for the withdrawal form and full instructions.
